# How to Get a Proxy Giveaway prize ?

1. After entering the giveaway, the winner is announced by a bot that `@` mentions the winner's Discord tag.
2. If your Discord tag is mentioned, you are the winner.

3. If the giveaway was done by Shield Proxies, **open a ticket** on our server and claim the prize. Make sure you are logged in to the dashboard so we can add your giveaway prize data as soon as possible.

4. If the giveaway was done by another server, open a ticket on **their** server and request the giveaway prize with a screenshot as extra proof.
