# My ISP or Residential proxies have high latency—what should I do?

If you are seeing high latency:

1. Open a ticket on the server.
2. Test the proxies using FOGLDN proxy tester.
3. Send a screenshot of the test results.
4. Include the list of affected IPs in your ticket.
