In this Page it shows how you could add the card information to the dashboard

1. To add your payment information, click on the 'Settings'

   
2. Click on the Manage Subscriptions

   
3. You will be led to this page, and click on 'Add Payment Method'

   
4. Enter your card information and click on 'Add' to save your details
